Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 July 2026

1. Who we are

FR2LB.com is operated by Antorius SAS, a simplified joint-stock company (Société par Actions Simplifiée) registered in France, with registered office at 8 Avenue de la Gare, 94150 Rungis, France — RCS Créteil 101 378 149 (SIRET 101 378 149 00013). In these terms, “FR2LB.com”, “we” and “us” refer to Antorius. You can reach us at service@fr2lb.com.

2. What we do

FR2LB.com is a purchasing and shipping service. You choose products sold on Amazon.fr (or request other products available in France), and we purchase them on your behalf, receive and consolidate them at our facility in France, and ship them to Lebanon. We are not Amazon, and we are not the manufacturer or seller of record of the products themselves.

3. Your account

An account is required to browse product details and to order. You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information (including phone number and delivery address) and to keep it up to date — deliveries in Lebanon rely on the address, building and landmark details you give us. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR). The total you see before paying is made up of the product price, shipping based on chargeable weight, and our processing fee. Where a product’s weight is not available from the source listing, the order is confirmed after we verify the actual weight; we will inform you of the final amount before the order proceeds.

We accept:

  • Card payments, processed by Stripe;
  • PayPal;
  • Local transfer rails (Whish, OMT) and bank transfer — these carry a surcharge that is shown as a separate line before you confirm, and the order is processed once we confirm receipt of the transfer.

Promotional codes and referral rewards are applied at checkout; one discount applies per order. Wallet credit can be used toward orders; it has no cash value and cannot be paid out.

5. Restricted items and customs

Some items (for example lithium batteries, aerosols, perfumes and other flammables, magnets) are classed as dangerous goods and cannot travel through normal consolidation. These are handled separately through our certified dangerous-goods process and may carry a handling surcharge, always shown before you pay. We may decline any item that cannot be legally or safely exported from France or imported into Lebanon. You agree not to use the service for items that are illegal in either country.

6. Delivery

Shipments are consolidated and dispatched on a periodic schedule. Any dispatch countdowns or estimated arrival dates shown on the site are indicative, not guaranteed — air-freight schedules, customs processing and local conditions can move them.

7. Changes, cancellations and returns

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes are generally possible until the order has been purchased from the source retailer or shipped, whichever comes first. Because products are bought on your behalf from a third-party retailer and exported, returns are handled case by case — contact us at service@fr2lb.com and we will advise on the options for your item. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

8. Reviews and other content

Product reviews can be left for purchased items and are moderated before publication. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on the site. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to the product.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for carrying out the purchasing and shipping service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the products themselves (their quality, safety or fitness remains with the manufacturer/seller), for delays caused by customs or events outside our control, or for losses caused by inaccurate delivery details you provided. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be indicated on the site. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. For any privacy questions, see our Privacy Policy.
