1. Who is responsible for your data

FR2LB.com is operated by Antorius SAS, a simplified joint-stock company (Société par Actions Simplifiée) registered in France, with registered office at 8 Avenue de la Gare, 94150 Rungis, France — RCS Créteil 101 378 149 (SIRET 101 378 149 00013), which is the data controller for the personal data described here. 2. What we collect

Account details — email address, name, phone number, and your delivery address in Lebanon (including building, floor and landmark details you provide).
Orders and payments — the products you order, amounts, delivery details, and the payment status of each order.
Product searches and views — when you are signed in, we log the products you search for and view on the site. We use this internally to understand demand and improve the catalogue and service. It is not shared with advertisers.
Things you submit — product requests, reviews, wishlist items, referral activity and wallet transactions.
Security data — technical signals used to protect the site from bots and abuse (see section 5).

3. Why we use it

To provide the service (perform our contract with you): processing and delivering your orders, managing your account, and contacting you about your orders.
Legitimate interests: internal analytics on searches and product views to run and improve the service, and protecting the site against fraud, bots and abuse.
Legal obligations: keeping order and payment records required by French accounting and tax law, and records needed for customs.

4. Payment data

Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal — your card number never touches our servers and we do not store it. For local transfers (Whish, OMT, bank transfer) we only record whether the transfer was received.

5. Service providers we rely on

We use a small number of providers to run the site. They process data only to provide their service to us:

Supabase — database and login infrastructure, hosted in the EU (Paris);
Vercel — website hosting and bot detection;
Cloudflare Turnstile — the human-verification check on sign-in and sign-up;
Upstash — short-lived counters used to rate-limit product lookups;
Stripe and PayPal — payment processing;
Rainforest API — retrieves product information from Amazon.fr; it receives the product reference or search term, not your identity;
Resend — sending service emails such as order confirmations.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: they keep you signed in and protect the sign-in forms (Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own cookie for that purpose). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner.

7. How long we keep data

Your account data is kept while your account is active. Order and payment records are kept for the periods required by French commercial and tax law. Internal search and view logs are kept only as long as needed for the analytics described above.

8. Where your data lives

Our customer database is hosted in the European Union (Paris). Some providers listed above may process technical data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to certain uses, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Write to service@fr2lb.com and we will respond within the legal timeframe. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
